Jimano's Pizzeria - Lockport Township

If I could give it a ZERO I would! Ordered online for pickup at 6:15pm. We arrive and instantly the outside looks dark and dingy and is a ghost town. Should have taken this as a sign. 3 teens attempting to run the place, they say they don't have my order, then say “oh we do but um we're out of sausage.” My phone number is in 3 different places, but no one could call me?!! I used to order from here frequently before moving out of the area. I just moved back and my first time ordering was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the scheduled time to pickup my pizza, the cashier took my payment and charged me. Then AFTER I was charged, I was told that they were out of ingredients and hadn't made the pizza yet. We recently returned (a few times, actually, this year) to Jimano's after years of being away due to moving to an area where many other pizza places are closer in our stomping ground to choose from.
