Grateful Deli - Loch Arbour

I’d give this place 1 star if I could. First of all, the little Hispanic girl at the front is so rude and acts like she’s bothered by every request. Don’t work in customer service if you hate people. Secondly, they messed up my order after giving me a hard roll when I requested a toasted bagel. When I brought the sandwich back, she grabbed the bagel with her BARE hands and handed it to the chef which he grabbed it with his bare hands and then proceeded to serve it to me not toasted with a side of germs. I couldn’t even bare to eat it nor bring it back a second time as I felt bad. On top of that, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Disgusting. Will never eat here ever again.

My annual Back to School Brunch with my niece nephew as they head back to their respective colleges from winter break ?. This has become a new highlight on our visits. Grateful Deli T-shirts are representing up and down the Eastern seaboard now. Thanks for the great breakfast, guys! Weir coming back soon

Small and inviting shop. Lots of choices for sandwiches, friendly staff, good music and fun vibe. We really enjoyed everything we ordered.
