Casa rosalía offers a unique and wonderful experience in a rural and quiet environment, full of authenticity and life, but of the good, without haste. the house has four beautiful, clean, comfortable, equipped, careful with mime and polished. I recommend, especially, the tasting menu of the chef: a work of art and real craftsmanship with raw materials of excellent quality to enjoy with all the senses. I have to comment on the fact that it has been a demath of people who have come to wolves, there is no room for lunch, on weekends. people have no patience at the time of booking on the site, instead of anticipating, then come the surprises, by the wait, the prices are jots for the quality they offer, if they want menu of the day to find another place and keep waiting hours. the price per person makes it clear, minimum 35€ per comensal. Casa rosalía is not a normal restaurant, here it comes to eat quality to remember an amazing menu! the exceptional chef. and inside his line, polite and attentive without mask (that he did not see my eyes). ten and I repeat when I come back here.
