Restaurant bewertenMy girlfriend ordered a medium strawberry acai with lemonade but no ice at a cost of £5.60. Unfortunately, the drink was served in a small cup that was only half full. When I asked if they could fill it up with lemonade like other Starbucks locations have done, I was met with resistance. Feeling unsatisfied, I requested a refund as I was not willing to pay for a half-empty drink. As we sat down to enjoy our time together, we overheard staff members whispering about my request for a refund, which we found to be rude. In comparison to other Starbucks locations, this experience was disappointing and we will not be returning. We recommend that others visit the Starbucks in the town center instead.
Today was a really tough and emotional day for me and my family, and we spent most of the day in and out of this restaurant. The service and kindness that the staff showed throughout the day was amazing, and we will never forget how kind they have been. How valuable all of you are to the company! Thank you so much for your kindness.
I call here quite often when I go to the hospital. The staff is always friendly. Good service, coffee and food are good. The only issue I found today was that there was no hand sanitizer anywhere for customers to use. ??
Visiting a family member in the Royal Hospital my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Starbucks for a warming coffee and what a very pleasant time we had. This Starbucks is nice ,a light and airy interior ,typical decor and furnishings and plenty of seating arrangements, all in all a very cosy outlet indeed. We ordered a flat white coffee each, served steaming hot ,we just kicked back and chilled before visiting the hospital. A big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks ,their coffee is consistent in all their outlets and their flat white's are a particular favourite of mine . We really enjoyed our coffees in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to here we had a great time. This Starbucks is easy to locate along Prescott Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday,6.30am till 6pm. Saturday Sunday,8.30am till 4pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
Starbucks is a chain of coffee-houses that offer a superb range of drinks and snacks and are dotted throughout the UK/Europe and the world. This Starbucks is located on Prescot street opposite the Royal Liverpool hospital were there are some interesting cafés and pubs and eateries. This Starbucks has a really modern interior with Starbucks advertising and signs and a superb arrey of seating options. This place was very busy when we visited as its across the road from the hospital and the reason we visited here was we were visiting one of our relatives in the hospital. When here we had a flat white coffee each which where well served and price wise on par with other Starbucks we visited and as we work for the N.H.S you get a discount if you have a blue light card. This is a superb Starbucks and if you are in this area of Liverpool give this place a look if you fancy a coffee or drinks'you won't be disappointed.Very easy to locate from the bus stop on Epworth street it's a minute or so away. (This is my first review of Starbucks Prescot street). Opening Hours. Monday-Friday-06.30-18.00. Saturday-08.30-18.00. Sunday-08.30-16.00. Nearest Bus Stop. Epworth street bus stop.
