Restaurant bewertenHave enjoyed the most yummy Scouse Afternoon Tea today with my parents at Fodder. Hannah the owner explained about the origins and history of the delicious culinary treats put before us, all of which are locally sourced and made. Hannah also offered her own blend of tea, which was delicious and went really well with the food. The Fodder Canteen is quirky and is a part of the ever growing Baltic Triangle. As part of the visit and the Afternoon Tea experience we were invited into the Parlour, which was brilliant. I would highly recommend Fodder, which looks nothing from the outside, but please don’t be put off. The food is excellent, the menu looks great and is reasonably priced and the welcome we received was Scouse Spectacular
People often refer to “Hidden Gems”. Well, in respect of Fodder that is exactly what it is. Tucked away in the Baltic Triangle area, it really is well worth finding it and eating there.
This is near my work place and I would go in more if the prices match the environment (in my opinion)
Food was lovely and the owners very friendly. We intend to return for lunch in the near future to check out the main menu.
Popped in to have an afternoon snack here after reading great reviews. We were not disappointed. Excellent sandwich and chilli. We also got to sample the Scouse, alongside an explanation of the recipe and cooking technique. Delicious, would definitely to back for this.
