Jack In The Box - Livermore

The guy working Drive-through at 7pm on December 23,2023 do not know how to work drive threw. I repeated myself 5 times and he got the order wrong 5 times, then The lady helping him who’s in charge was trying to rush me so I repeated my order to her 2 times and they got my order wrong again. She is always Cricket trying to rush everyone every time I am here. I will no longer be buying from here. Both employees were no good customer service at all. I got home to missing tacos and shorted me on my two orders of churros. They took my money but did not give me the food that’s upsetting getting home to eat but short on the food I paid for. Everyone always check your food bag before leaving drive-through. No need to rush when there is no single other car in Drive-through or in side the place.

They have the worst food, the service is Horrible, and they refuse to give you condiments!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!Horrible!!!!!!

The JB in Vasco is the best. The staff are really friendly. Alberto is the most kindest cashier's I have ever encountered. He always greets his customers with a smile. Sometimes I just go there to talk to him, since is really friendly.

The Vasco Rd. JIB is the BEST! The food is always hot and fresh and servers are always friendly!

Their fries have consistently been fresh and well-cooked. It's hard to find fast food that maintains such consistency; many others taste like they've been cooked in old oil!
