Restaurant bewertenThe service was incredibly fast, and the ice cream was excellent. However, all four employees seemed a bit flustered when the credit card terminal stopped working, leading some customers to leave without paying. We used their app to pay and made sure to leave a generous tip for the staff, especially given the chaotic situation. Thank you for everything!
The service was quick and friendly. However, the marble plate was quite chaotic, and unfortunately, the kids dropped a kind of peanut into my wife's ice cream, which led to an interesting evening due to her allergies.
We ordered ice cream and the 6pc peanut butter cup on Uber Eats. The fact that the order took 1hr to complete was annoying but not a big deal but then the delivery driver took another 30min. That isn't Cold Stones fault though. Bytl the time we got the ice cream we put it in the freezer for the next day. Next night we pull out the items and the 6pc peanut butter cup is missing so we contact Uber Eats it hasn't been 24hrs but they tell us we can't be refunded the $20+ for the missing item. Call the store no one can help us. Now I have to fight the whole charge with my bank over a $24 item we just wanted the item not a refund. That is Cold Stones fault they didn't provide the item we ordered and they hire people unwilling to assist with issues. Also our fault because we trusted they would provide all the items we paid for.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible! Three Caucasian staff members were working during our visit and they didn't greet us at all. It took them forever to take our order, despite there being only one other customer ahead of us. When they finally acknowledged us, we asked for seven ice creams for the children. The servings were not even child-sized; they were smaller than expected, and I know this because we regularly order ice cream for kids. The staff members were quite rude. I can’t help but feel that their behavior was influenced by the fact that I’m Hispanic. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Just wanted to share my experience.
