Restaurant bewertenService was good, but they have people order online because they are short employees. I order online and there are 5 people. I've never been to a smooth place with more than 2 people, but this one says that 5 people are just short employees. Probably losing the store because the order at the counter of an empty store is faster than go online and wait 10 minutes to be ready for pickup.
UNITED KINGDOM? There's NO ONE here at the age of 24 years. There was a lady who complained that the order was not ready. The same thing happened to me the first time I came here. The second time I accidentally ordered the wrong vegan smoothie, I did NOT ask for a refund. I just asked if the right one can be done. MAKAYLA acted like Smoothie King was her personal store. I asked them if they could call the manager because they refused to do another. MAKAYLA TRIED lets me wait as if it took a while. I asked Jade how long it would be 2-3 minutes after standing there. Jade told Makayla to get out. Makayla came out with an attitude. Had it done again. I said thank you twice and she never said a word. I asked for the manager Danille number. Makayla went back, then ANOTHER LITTLE GIRL came out, made eye contact as if something was a joke along with Makayla. She gave me the phone number. I'm not just writing a review and calling the manager, I'm going by email and/or calling companies. If these LITTLE GIRLS want to play, go back to the playground, but don't play with my money. What's going on?
This is really my favorite smoothie king of all time!!!! They are very attentive, extremely ingenious customer service and my smoothie is always perfected. I always feel that I appreciate my money here that it is worth the trip every time!!!
First time to come to this place and Jada B. made my experience amazing! She was very helpful, worried and recommended the delicious strawberry and Banana Activator! I will definitely come back to get another one! Thanks Jada!
This place has a bad bug problem. As soon as you walk into the store gnats are flying up my nose and in my face. I was ok with the bugs nagging me until I heard the employees talking about the bugs in the fruit. When one of the girls brought a container from the back and opened it she and another girl were chatting about the bugs in the fruits. But what really caught my attention is when the girl poured my smoothie a bug flew onto my smoothie before she could put the top on. I know this was out of her control and I really appreciate her making it over and not serving it after noticing the bug. This is not something customers want to see when trying to support a business. Customer service was great though.
