Best Philly cheese steak and wings in Douglasville!!! Also the fish is fresh and so good...They never disappoint and they are very nice!!!

Traveled there after a short hike at Sweetwater. The steak Philly was absolutely fantastic and the fries and seasoning on them were even better. Very welcoming atmosphere and I believe the owner was there too and asked me how the food was. Great! I’ll be back with friends.

Not Recommended. My recent experiences are the same as others unfortunately. And as others stated, I try to support local small businesses as much as I can including this one which is about 30 minutes away!. But I will not support bad business practices and when I am treated bad as a customer. I went to this restaurant a few weeks ago, during stated business hours, and found a dark and locked business. I checked the door and the website and there was no indication. I called for several days after and no one answered the phone. I finally got someone and asked if they were still open and got a sarcastic answer of yes. I have tried several times since to place a pickup order with no luck. I tried again today. After repeated calls, I finally got an answer. I asked if I could verify a few prices and was treated rudely for asking, but did verify that the prices on the website were wrong, as I suspected. So, when I asked again to get a few current prices, I was told that they didn't have time. I hung up. People understand issues and difficulty, but do what you can with what you do have control over. Update the website to be accurate, put a sign on the door, treat your customers nice, ensure the food is good. Do the right thing!

I 've visited this place consistently from opening, and even told neighbors about it. The food is usually good, but the service and attitude is ridiculous. I placed an order for a basic chicken salad without much on it. It was made with everything on it, and when I mentioned it, the guy in the back said how it could have been made at home. I guess they don 't want the business or the money. It wasn 't even for me. I also mentioned that they forgot the soda I paid for and was told, you won 't get over with that one , only for them to find on the receipt that I had paid for it. I stopped going here and haven 't been back since. I can waste my money elsewhere, and find a new place to suggest to my neighbors. Not worth the attitude, especially when I 'm paying, no matter how simple the order is: backward business mentality.

Stop by yesterday to grab food before heading home after work and it was HORRIBLE. Ordered a grilled chicken salad was told they were out of that ?. So end up getting the worse Philly Steak , Wings, and Fries. Fries were COLD. I ask for both wings and fries to be cook crispy needles to say was not. Sadly I have stop by for lunch at this location and it was a totally differ experience. Food was much better which made me rerurn but after last evening ? I do not think I will. Maybe it was too far in the evening plus it was a different staff. Also, not a good site too see the same person who cook the food in the front smoking ? and than come in and start preparing your food once you order. That should have been my RED FLAG !!
