Steak 'n Shake - Litchfield

Loves the new Steak N Shakes design. The experience at this point was excellent compared to the places where I live. Clean, fast and hot food. I enjoy going to the counter to order my food more than the old traditional service.

This was my first visit to a Steak n Shake with the new format. It is much more like a typical fast food restaurant. The menu was backsclated, but still had a variety of options. The food was fresh and serve quicker than the table service took.

Although they were from chicken breeders, the worker apologised, and I and my friend could joke about the situation with her. While we eat in a bit of silence, another worker could tell us about his dream job. Great customer service.

Great burgers and shakes. I wish her pommes were better. The staff was not very friendly. Good food.

Love the garlic butter burger and the milkshakes always a plus side with those food options, I like the idea of their paper cups and straws but the straws always seem to be hard to drink out of
