Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant was terrible. They gave us straws but forgot our drinks, which was a problem for us as we were on a tight budget at the time.
The KFC in Lisburn is advertised as a fast food restaurant, but my experience was far from fast. I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order today! The counter was understaffed, with only one employee taking orders and waiting for them to be prepared before moving on to the next customer. The queue was so long that it extended out the door, which makes no sense for a business. You would have received your meal quicker at a sit-down restaurant. Additionally, the popcorn chicken is incredibly tiny and hardly enough to satisfy even a small hunger pang.
I had went with my mum to get food for our family my mum had gave the order thur the drive thur and the woman had read it back to her, to which we drove to the window to pay and the fella had said it was decline and we had then to pay cash the fella had then read out our order again to make sure it was right. Got home to have 3 things missing and things that were cold. Not impressed as it was a waste of money and time

After a day of swimming, my trip to this restaurant turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. Every single order from the customers was incorrect. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the customers were being difficult, but it became clear that the staff couldn't even handle two kids' popcorn chicken meals. They didn't bother to listen to anyone's order properly and entered them into the system incorrectly. Surprisingly, they even undercharged me for my order, and when I pointed it out, they acted as if I was giving them more work. It was disappointing to see that the staff didn't seem to care about providing good service or helping increase sales for their employers.
