Restaurant bewertenWe had 8 orders for 8 people with some special orders on 2 of them. So it was a challenging order. I was very patient with the guy taking our order, because he seemed to be new. I had to repeat the first of the 8 orders 3 times one time because his headset died, so that one was not his fault. I wasn't sure he was getting the order right, so I was a little stressed. We spent literally 8 or 10 minutes on ordering, and there were no cars in front of us by the time we pulled up to pay. When we got to the pay window, another employee was there to go over our order to make sure it was correct. To their credit, it seemed right great job! We pulled up to the food window. Employees were diligently pulling food for the order, but it took another 10 minutes at least to get it together. However, everyone was very pleasant, and obviously cared about getting it all right. After all of it was out, we pulled to the side and checked it. They got it right! Great job getting a tough order out correctly! The only complaint I have was that it took a really long time, and some of the fries were only a bit over 1/2 full. But overall, the employees that directly dealt with us were diligent customer friendly under pressure. Thanks for your hard work. I really appreciate how well you did with our order, and I'm sure the newbies will get better with experience.
When I went here this week I Got the breakfast for the first time. The breakfast baconator was amazing. It was really nice ordering through the app because there is extra deals and it is really easy to pick up after ordering online. I would highly suggest checking out the breakfast if you get a chance. Also shout-out to the staff here they are super busy and still giving great service!
I don't live near so I rarely go here but I have never had a good experience at this location. The first time I tried it, they gave spicy nuggets to all three kids meals. Second time the bun was so stale on my sandwich that it snapped instead of bending. Then this morning I tried to use the drive through at 8 AM and no one tried to take my order so I left. Never going to try here again.
I paid over $10 for a single burger with everything on it and a lemonade. I got a bun with a dry burger and nothing else. The lemonade was bitter and I tossed it. I included a photo of the burger. Wendy’s on Siuth 48th South of O street Lincoln, NE.
I've tried to stop here all different times of the day and it's always closed. Happened to catch them open tonight. But took almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 2 cars in front of me. The manager who was taking orders and money and handing out food was polite and nice (about the only good thing there, give him a raise) . They were out of what I wanted. And then when I got home, my fries ended up being moldy. I tasted it, gagged and spit it out then indeed saw the mold. I'm not sure I'll ever check this place out again after this.
