Bagels Joe - Lincoln

They messed up our order pretty bad, and we didn’t realize until we got home. I did call them about it and thankfully they refunded it. But i definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Their customer service is lacking.I've been inside twice at this location (Pioneers Lucille) and stood at the counter to order and was never greeted nor told that they would help me as soon as they were available. I had to get someone's attention to ask for help before they called someone up. Then while I was being helped the person stopped to go talk to another customer that came after me. I paid and was left at the register waiting for my receipt as the person had left me, again. I had to ask another person for my receipt. I won't be coming back to this location and can only hope the other locations have better customer service.(From someone who has worked 25+ years in jobs where customer service was stressed and training provided.)Stars for good food.

Their bagels are fantastic but I've had multiple issues with items missing from orders in the drive thru. Today they forgot my coffee order completely and rather than hold up the line reordering and making it I just left. Really frustrating because this place should be 5* if they could get their ordering system right.

Despite the very non personable and less than customer friendly service the meal was delicious. Most of the customers before and after us were of the same opinion. Must have been a difficult day for your staff.

Drive thru was fast and efficient for a busy morning. I ordered an Asiago bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese toasted. Bagel was barely toasted but the flavors were really good, that's the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars because I also ordered an iced latte with coconut syrup and cold foam. It was probably the worse coffee I've ever gotten, no ice so it was luke warm, tasted no coconut flavor whatsoever, all I could taste was really bitter coffee/milk, and it was overflowing so it got sticky coffee and foam everywhere. I would suggest getting your coffee anywhere else but I would get another bagel from here again.
