Food First - Lincoln

Our order was incomplete, cold, and late. The duck dish had a large bone in it, which was not enjoyable. The service over the phone was also not good when trying to sort out our order. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I discovered this restaurant a couple of years ago and have been a regular ever since. The Asian food here is exceptional, the best I've had anywhere. The cozy upstairs seating area is charming, and both the dine-in and takeout options are delicious.

When we first arrived at this restaurant, we were confused by its exterior and initially thought it was for delivery only. The ground floor didn't seem to be well-furnished, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were directed to the cozy and minimalistic first floor seating area. The food was excellent, particularly the sushi and chicken teriyaki rice made by the likely family-run business. I highly recommend trying the salmon california roll, as everything else we tried was hard to beat in terms of taste and easy to digest. This establishment is the only place in Lincoln that serves high-quality Korean and Japanese cuisine, though it is important to note that they do not serve alcohol. They are open from 11:00 to 22:30 and only accept cash payments.

I used the Just Eat to order my takeaway, WOW they turned down my order i received the email 40 mins later which explained that i would get my payment back in 3 5 days. After ringing up to see what had gone wrong they hung up on me, Stay away from them with service like this who would go there.

I come here all the time and i tried the korean ramen for the first time. It was spicy but full of good flavours: noodles, mushrooms, pork, kimchi. The quality of the food was amazing. For less than £10 you can get a quality big portion meal. But they only accept cash payments, anyhow it's worth a try!
