Texas Road House - Lima

I have been going to Texas Roadhouse every Friday evening for some time now. Here lately the service is terrible and so are there attitudes.

Visited in 11-11-2007 was not satisfied at all. The young girls working the front counter were very unfriendly and there had been a gentleman waiting before us to be waited on and he said they acted like he was not even there. When we got there attention they went about chit chatting and cleaning and acted like it was a bother to wait in the customers. When we did get seated the greeter was very unfriendly. Thank god we had a very polite waitress. We ordered appetizers and when the girl who was not our waitress brought them to our table she slammed them down on the table and turned and walked away and did not say a word. We visit this restaurant frequently it is one of our favorite but we have decided that we will not come back due to the attitude of these young greeters on the Sunday visit we made on 11-11-2007.

Best rolls, great service. We were exhausted and starving. We were sat immediately and with bread. This was great since we really needed food lol. We had the steakhouse salad with a side of mushrooms and the chicken bites with sweet potato and corn. Everything was cooked perfectly and the food was fresh.

Maddi was our waitress just learning but she was great! The best steak and prime rib. Everything was perfect drinks were great!!! Great atmosphere !!! From Tennessee best place we stopped at to eat.
