Pardos Chicken - Lima

This is one of my favorite places, we come here for our first dinner and for our last dinner when we visit Lima. The chicken and anticuchos are so flavorful, the salad dressing, and the sauces and "ají" are great, and deserts are to die for. After all these years the delicious flavor is just the same, it hasn't changed, the quality and hospitality are always great.
