It’s horrible here !! Tried 4 times in the last month to get a frosty of different kinds and no matter what kind u ask for they say they only have the other kind !! Big sign advertising the new one but nope ! And they don’t even apologize they don’t care ! This location sucks all the time !!

Order Dave’s double and drive-through and received a single try calling to rectify the situation. No one would answer.

We drove all the way to Wendy's just to get my daughter a frosty because she had a long day, lady asked chocolate or vanilla, daughter said chocolate. Got to the window for them to say they didn't have chocolate.
