Gateau - Lidingoe

I went to this restaurant and ordered a vegan sandwich, but they were unable to make it due to not having the ingredients. They refunded me and instead gave me two plant-based pastries. Despite the mishap, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that this bakery now offers vegan pastries. Just a few years ago, they only had coffee with oat milk, but now they have vegan cardamom buns, vegan semla, and much more!

They offered a vegan sandwich that they themselves ended, not able to make after I had paid because they realized they did not have the ingredients for it. They reimbursed the price and gave me two herbal (her words, I don't know why they didn't use 'vegansk' kardemummabullar instead. You were very kind.
