The food and staff were outstanding good value have not been in for many years well impressed with your customer service

We only saw 1 member of staff, she seemed to be doing everything, she was lovely. The restaurant was pretty quiet in terms of not many customers,however a group of male drinks did lift the noise level up quite a bit. The food wasn't anything special the grill had obviously been well used earlier as the black bits on the chicken could testify. Overall we hadn't expected gourmet the price for what we had was reasonable. I wouldnt say we wouldn't go again but I doubt it would be regular.

Came for lunch with my granddaughter it was quite and we could choose our own table which was nice, the lady that served us was lovely asked our drinks orders first until we decided what we were having we both choose the chicken wrap with garlic mayo but I also asked for sweet chilli sauce with it and we were given the choice of at the side or in the wrap which we choose it wad delicious for dessert I ordered the Cherry Sundae it was beautiful my granddaughter ordered the chocolate fudge cake that was gorgeous a large helping with ice cream I highly recommend the Woodsman for its delicious food and really friendly staff

We had a lovely 40th birthday party for our son staff were amazing nothing too much trouble everyone enjoy themselves food was good just a hiccup with a steak which was suppose to be medium it was rare but soon rectified

Very friendly service, staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was delivered quickly and was nice and hot. The only letdown was the smell in the gents toilet that could have had a good clean.
