Restaurant bewertenThe Tulip Bistro Bar was an absolute pleasure to eat at even on a packed Saturday night. Our food was amazing. The waitress was extremely positive and upbeat and on top of everything. My pork chop was ridiculously good and that may have been the best potato cake that I have ever had. I ordered dessert first and their creme brulee was out of this world, even better than I had hoped. I cannot recommend The Tulip enough.
My boyfriend and I went to dinner at The Tulip the other night. We've been many times and it is always a wonderful experience. Not pictured, we always start with the Sausage Crostini and keep the side of marinara it comes with to dip your bread in it! I had a salad and the mussels which were in a garlic white wine sauce that I would've drank from the bowl if we weren't in public. My boyfriend had the bone-in pork chop with a Bourbon glaze over smoked gouda grits and green beans. Everything was cooked perfectly and our server was professional and experienced in fine dining. We love it here because the food is as good as any fine dining restaurant but the atmosphere is more like a neighborhood Bistro. Definitely recommend!
The meal and service was wonderful. My fiance had the tulip pasta with chicken and I got the chicken margherita and everything was juicy and delicious. We shared the chocolate mousse it is must have. Loved it everything was wonderful.
Honestly this is now one of our top three restaurants. Timothy was our server and did a wonderful job. I ordered the steak cooked to medium and it was amazingly tender and melt in your mouth good! Wifey had the salmon which was so moist and flavorful! To finish it off we had their creme brûlée topped with blueberries that was magnifique! Seriously recommend this place for a nice date!
Tulip is always as good as you expect, great menu staples and nightly specials that are inventive and flavorful.
