We had a wonderful experience from the start to finish. They had a wonderful attitude and our food was great !!!! The staff and manager Hassan was very helpful even brining out takeout box’s for the extras

I hope that this gets to the right person. I’ve been having a rough couple of months and today it finally got to me. I don’t like crying in front of others but as I was ordering my food at the Palomar Fazoli’s in Lexington, I was on the phone venting and crying. The kind young lady at the drive thru window has a heart of gold. When I drove off, I found a slice of cheesecake with a beautiful note attached. This act of kindness will never be forgotten. We need more people like her in the world. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I mean it

Absolute best Fazolis in Lexington. Customer service was perfect and the workers were friendly. The food was on point as well.
