El Jimador - Lexington

El Jimador is bigger inside than it appears. Very clean. Servers attentive. My mother enjoyed the Taco Salad that she ordered the shell was light and crunchy. I ordered the Terra y Mar which had plenty of flavor, however; the meat and seafood were slightly over cooked. Menu has lots to choose from including Vegetarian, Burgers and healthier options.

Soooo Good. From the middle west and so glad to find a Mexican place in the south that has no Cuban spin! Everything was hot, full of taste, the meat was tender and the best of all service was amazing!

I was driving a million times, but today I was the first time I wanted to stop and gave him a shot. They brought the house salsa and some chips and it was really delicious. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were just amazing. I also ordered the fish to go Tacos and tried only one and it was as amazing. The service was very good, the Lord who served me was very polite and attentive. My overall experience was spectacular. I'm sure I'm back!
