Restaurant bewertenMy son is attending a track meet at Lewisville High School and he wanted to eat at Canes. I called and spoke with the Manager Krenson to purchase my son's meal over the phone. Unfortunately they do not have that option.. She told me to have Logan come in and she would take care of him. This is beyond customer service. She was amazing! Thank you for taking care of the situation! Great management!
Loved it!! Raising Cane's is amazing. Their sauce is the best and their sweet tea is really good. Good service and cleanliness. Although their tables aren't all the same height so putting them together doesn't work super well.
Nothing to really complain about for this location. If there was a place to represent Cane's I'd say the store pretty much does it. I have docked a single star for the fact that that Cane's does have a downside inherent to the chain and that their chicken does tend to have a bit of gristle or tendon from time to time. Love the sauce, household loves of sweet tea, the chicken breading is pretty solid in most cases and their fries are as well.
The young lady that rang up our order was super sweet and friendly. I believe her name is Elizabeth. Good food and fun atmosphere with the football field right behind the restaurant. We will definitely be returning
When I pulled up to the second window, the two employees inside had all of their attention on a smartphone with my food sitting on the counter next to them. After being completely ignored for several minutes, I honked my horn. No response. I honked again. They both jumped. Then one of them glared at me as if I had done something wrong and slowly opened the window to hand me my beverage. She asked me if I wanted ketchup with a nasty attitude and told me to have a good night with the same tone. No apology for keeping me waiting. I was friendly and polite. I understand that it was a slow night but I don't think that good customer service is too much to ask for. At the very least, pay attention.
