Restaurant bewertenIf I didn't give stars. We gave our order that the employee who accepted our order was so rude that we simply pulled out and she sounded like she didn't want to work. Then up there's only one car on the window and we waited for a bit. Terrible customer service. It was a big thin African American with long dreads she has terrible costume service as she still works there.
Quinnshell is fantastic! The person who takes your order is incredibly friendly and always makes sure everything is correct. Their warm smile is so uplifting, and it’s refreshing to experience such excellent customer service every day!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the drive-thru staff. They were the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. One of the items I ordered was missing from the bag, and I only realized it after spending 15 minutes driving home. When I called to complain, I was told that my order had been placed over an hour ago, but I actually had been stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes. While I did eventually receive the missing item, the woman I spoke with was very aggressive and insisted that I was mistaken, which I found extremely rude.
This place is terrible. They're always kidding me. Today the driving girl was so rude that I just pulled away. There are many better ways to spend your money. Arby's got to fire the entire staff and get started.
Easily the rudest drive thru individual I have ever spoken to. One of the items that was ordered was not in the pack and I had already spent the 15+ minutes getting home when I realized it. The complaint was that the order was placed over an hour ago , but I had only arrived thirty minutes into the hold due to a traffic incident on the road up.Ultimately I GOT the missing item, but the aggression coming from the woman and insistence I was wrong was extremely rude.
