C J Buddha Asian Bistro - Lewiston

They were only open for 6 days, and I've been there three times, twice in and once for the recording. Here is my take: For a brand new restaurant that just opened, they are absolutely rocking it! Customer service is clearly a focus. Staff smile and very attentive to any needs or requests. The attention to detail, to explain everything, is appreciated. If the server cannot answer your question, they immediately ask the owner and they will answer them immediately. Sure, the servers have not yet fully noticed all the details of the menu. But they've been open for six days, it takes time. More important to me is the fact that they smile at faces and take care of their customers' experiences. Drinks from the bar are great! I have tried 6 of the different offers and have not yet disappointed, especially with the prices. The food. Excellent. Presentation is amazing, taste is even better. The 'Tokyo Monster' is without question the best sushi roll I've ever had! Crab rangoons are unique and delicious. The Bento boxes and Hibachi are full of taste and variety. There is a great balance between different types of Asian cuisine and none of them disappointed. It is very rare to find a restaurant that does absolutely in all the Big 3 food service (service, price and quality) and so far, Buddha. I'll hand over Bua Thai every day to go directly to Buddha! Waiting for the opening day was worth it!

I had the vegetables Lo Mein and my mother had the General Tso's Chicken and it was the best meal we've ever had, and we both recommend to go there who killed the best quality Asian food. We'll go back there soon.

Absolute love it... Food was budalicious...staff is awesome... I have never tried sushi before... a few friends who ordered different types I had tried and wow... I am now a sushi fan... especially surfing n turf a... was amaaaazing... I give him my Phat child 5 star...:

Absolutely in love with her food!! Back tonight, the roasted rice is the best when it comes to combination plates. They give you undried pork fried rice. It is full of vegetables along with fresh rice and pork, delicious!!! Food is hot, tasteful, friendly / motivated staff, delicious drinks, great prices! I had taken out and eaten, not disappointed and can't wait to go back!

My family ordered take-out there for the first time...it was awesome! The prices were great and the portion sizes were huge! The takeout comes in plastic containers instead of normal Chinese boxes, which was cool! All of the vegetables and meat were cooked very well, and very flavorful! The staff taking orders were very nice, and ever offered us water while we waited. Will definitely order from again!!! Thank you!!
