This is the third time I come to this restaurant. This time I am extremely disappointed, entered served after 30 min I had to wait 25 min for bread and 2h for the dish that was more a dry burger. The crane potatoes were simply immangeable and warmed. I advise you to go there in weekends they don’t know how to handle the weekends they’re understated. We were offered the drinks for waiting!
We came with friends for a birthday of one of us. The restaurant is recent, beautiful and clean but we have been very disappointed by the waiting between each dishes. We waited for our dish more than 1h30 and a water carafe too long. Our evening is summarized in a word: waiting. Not to mention the waitress, which she was very unpleasant, rude and very arrogant. Yes the dishes were good and garnished but you must not forget the relationship with the customer!! We're not coming back.
This is really a disaster, the customer service is catastrophic. The Chicha is terrible to me who is a follower of the Chicha. I never have such a bad experience of my whole life in a place it’s the first time not to mention the rudeness and the lack of correction of the staff, it’s amazing first and last time I wanted to test a disgust new place it’s really a failure, you’re treated like less than nothing and it doesn’t admit their wrongs it gives you Chichas that doesn’t work and tell you that
A FUIR!!! A catastrophic experience, one of the worst restaurants I did! We went to the place last night for the awakening, and apart from paying at the entrance (so before we settled and consumed) we were extremely disappointed with the served menu! The lobsters of lobsters were nothing more than ravioli stuffed to anything but lobsters or shrimp limits (to not say they were industrial). The foie gras was very cooked and immangeable. For the dishes we ordered a pintade with sweet potato purée and a rossini beef filet with its gnocchis. The beef was raw, the gnocchis which in reality was only hazelnut apples had a taste of reused abominable frying. The "pintade" was a bone carcass containing almost no pieces of meat. (See photo). We didn’t even want to take the desserts because after almost 2h40 waiting between each dish, and 2 referral in the kitchen how to tell you that appetite was no longer there ... especially for such poor quality. Sincerely we have seldom been so disappointed with such a meager CUISINE service, and the worst is that the manager has not denyed AUCUN MOMENT to apologize or make any commercial gesture despite our complaint and the SERVEUSES TESTING!!! (except smoking a chicha while we don't smoke) On the contrary, we have almost been treated with liars or profiters. It is shameful, you have no appreciation of your customers and no professionalism. A 89€/person (price of a gastro menu) payable before consumption one can guarantee that you will not have it for your money!!! PS: On the other hand, the room service was very pleasant.
