Dairy Queen - Leon Valley

The only thing wrong with this store is the management Dairy Queen really should hire managers with some experience I went in to get a replacement of two mini blizzards and still buying two more and some other stuff his guy went to the office to look it up which was fine then pro versed to call other managers I had to tell him I’ll just pay it and get it remade you have a line behind me and a huge line in drive though and from the looks of it you look lost it is a shame to see a restaurant with good food go down like this because of poor management

They are always extremely busy but customer service is always great

They won't even pick up the phone... Tried twice in a row. That's enough for me to give 1 star.

Used the app for free blizzard. Best one yet...lots of Snicker candy bar bits. Very friendly service.

2nd time I’ve dealt with this issue at this location. Around 9pm on Saturday waited over 45 min for 2 mini blizzards with only 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived. It’s a shame. I’m going to start to look at other Dairy Queen’s to go to because that is unacceptable.
