Restaurant bewertenWe came on a Saturday night as a party of 8 with two children under 2. The food was delicious and timely also in a busy night. Every single employee was helpful and friendly, our waitress went beyond and beyond to make things easier for my toddler, and it was just a huge experience. I don't usually leave any reviews for restaurants, but that was the best customer service I've had for a long time!
We went out as a family on 5/14 to dine. I have to say this was one of my BEST experiences in a long time. The staff was friendly from the folks that seated us to just walking to and from the rest room. Our server Erin was a totally rocked! She was upbeat and attentive. Even let me live on the edge with Lemon AND Lime in my soda water! Great job and props to Erin for a job well done!
This is a great place to bring a family with younger kids. Picking at peanuts and rolls before the meal keeps the young ones happy, and the food is very kid-friendly. Being able to sink into the corner of a big booth is great for kids who love the boisterous nature of the restaurant but also get overstimulated easily. Service at the Leominster location is great, and the food is cooked well. They were happy to let me customize my order to meet both my taste and medical needs.
Food and service was great I ordered extra guacamole cuz that's the kind of guy I am. The food was great my grandson's loved it
I love this restaurant. I took my family and a couple of my son's friends. The food was great. The service was great. Above all, my family really enjoyed it. There are a few things in particular that I want to point out. My experience with restaurants post pandemic is often disappointing. A lot of restaurants are emptier, with worse service, lower quality food and higher prices since the pandemic. This was my first trip to Texas Roadhouse in a while and I was very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was busy but we were seated immediately. The service was excellent. The food was really great and we left full. If there was any increase in prices, I didn't notice it. This used to be one of our favorites pre-pandemic and based on our experience last night it has returned to the top of our list. I was especially (pleasantly) surprised by their peanut adaptation. TR used to have barrels of peanuts you could scoop and eat while waiting and even take a bucket to your table. I was expecting that would be gone. Which it is. What I wasn't expecting is that TR has replaced the communal barrels with a big container of individual bags of peanuts as you come in the door. I thought that was a very nice touch. This is not the place for a quiet romantic dinner, because it is a bit of a boisterous loud place. But it is fun and a great meal. I would recommend it.
