The gentleman at the register was very nice but a lady came, she seemed to be the manager and told us to move because there were two trucks behinds us while we we at the drive through. She was very disrespectful and rude with a loud voice. Very demanding. Will never go back to that place

This was not a good experience. They were out of specific cones, they also did not wear any gloves not only did 1 guy make the cone, but the cone was passed to another girl who also didn’t have on gloves. LITERALLY THEY ARE TOUCHING THE CONE THAT GOES IN MY MOUTH TWO PEOPLE TOUCHED IT BEFORE I DID AND NEITHER OF THEM HAD GLOVES. As a business this is poor service. Especially in 2021 after COVID-19’s arrival this is HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS WELL BEING!

This family who owns this business does a really good job serving their customers with special orders and prompt service. I always appreciate their attitudes and quality food

This location has almost NO flavors of ice cream let alone 31 hahaha, this is I'm the only baskin Robbins within 35 minutes of us and they only have drive thru open and none of the ice cream flavors are listed on the outside menu. The employee read off the only 12 BASIC flavors they had, only including vanilla, chocolate, Chocolate chip, Jamoca, pralines and cream, rocky road, strawberry etc. They do not have any awesome flavors like pistachio almond or jacoma almond fudge, nothing worth visiting for, extremely disappointed, no wonder this place has only one star. Why even bother having a baskin Robbins location out here?

Love the customer service, but for some reason they are short of some ice creams for a while, they should fix that. I give it 4 start for their brownie, it taste it like iron, but overall everything was amazing.
