Taqueria El Tio Rico - Lenoir

I wish it were logistically closer to my home, very good!

Been eyeballing this place for quite some time now so I finally decided to go. Took almost half an hour to get a burrito al pastor and a carnival taco but there was a large order in front of mine, so that was probably it. What I can't get past was the very bland food. Al Pastor should not be so dry. I'm glad this place is doing okay as I enjoy supporting local businesses but this isn't something I will try again.

I have been to alot of Mexican Resturants and ate lots of Mexican food especially Considering my husband is Mexican but this place hands down is the absolute besthe absolute best Mexican Hispanic food I have ever had in my life. We found the place on our way home from North Carolina back home to Tennessee most definitely will be making a trip back there if just for the food!

Now as small as this place is I have been here only 4 times, and each time is just as good as the first time. This little stand in its un assuming location deserves a better spot and larger area to keep up the GREAT work and food the provide. The tortillas , the meats the fresh vegetables and more ! This place has good prices, good people and great food. They are worth stopping in for a taste of South of the border you'll enjoy each time, to each bite you have. :
