Taco Bell - Lenoir

Typically I would rate my experience here around 3.5 stars, but tonight was different. Even though the workers in the back weren't the fastest in the world, the black girl who took my order was extremely nice, polite, patient, smiling, and genuine. She got my order right the first time I told her and she even repeated it back to make sure I got what I wanted. Had to be the best encounter ordering fast food I've ever had.

Got a to go order inside. Paid $19.62 for two Mexican Pizza Combo. When we opened the pizza boxes, the tortillas smelled like they had sat in a warehouse for AWHILE, VERY STALE. I could not even eat it. The taste was horrible. The crunchy tacos had very little meat on it and was completely stuffed with lettuce and about 3 or 4 pieces of tomato. We asked for a drink holder, and the guy just pitched one to my husband. He didn't hand it to him. Just pitched it at him. No courtesy whatsoever.

For years they've always got my brother's cheesy quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeno sauce wrong by either not putting the extra sauce or making it chicken instead. Normally they never get my order wrong cuz I always get the 2 chicken chalupas until today. how do you put all the toppings of a chicken chalupa but make it beef and not chicken!? I never ever want to eat here again I paid for chicken chalupas! Not tomato, lettuce, cheese, and beef.

Overall decent food and affordable prices. Appears to be clean. The staff has changed quite a bit over the past couple of years and they're typically training.

Like I've seen that's been listed. This place is already over charging for this stuff just to do lil. They barely put any meat on my burrito supreme. Got 2 $2 chicken burritos that only had 3 slices of chicken on both. Had more flour she'll do to less ingredients. And also got a cruchwrap that was sad. I've noticed the 2nd shift at this place is either not trained properly or they really don't gaf. Mostly my bad experiences are on the 2nd shift. Asking for no beans and that's all I gotten was bean and 2 flour shells. This location in lenior is sad. Would've given this place a negative 10 if I had the option. Had more than 1 issue with this store. Even gotten the wrong order called as soon as I got home and they told me they knew cuz the other person order I've gotten already complained. So she knew I weren't lying. So she wrote my order down on paper. Went the next day to get it. The guy in charge didn't want to believe it. A working knew and showed him my order and didn't really wanna give it to me. He kept talking to who was in charge. I always have issues with this guy. So don't go to this store in lenior unless you want the same problems in getting
