Restaurant bewertenWe are frequent diners at the Chipotle in Delta Shores and in Lodi. We had an event and decided to stop here and eat prior to going into Midtown. Without getting too negative, let me say that considering it was prime dinner hour, they were out of many items. My husband got a burrito with shredded beef and rice, guacamole. I wanted a burrito bowl. I was offered rice, not offered any beans. I asked for fajita vegetables and was given a really stingy amount. I asked for more. I saw that the tray was empty. I asked for them to get a new tray, and was told that they were still on the stove cooking. Wouldn't you think that a manager would know to have some ready to go during rush? They didn't and acted really offended that I asked about it. We took what we purchased and sat down. When my huysband removed the foil from his burrito, it immediately fell apart in pieces. The tortilla didn't hold together and was rolled very loose. Altogether a miserable experience. We won't go to the Freeport location again. It needs attentive and kind staff. My original review was met within 10 minutes with a website to go to for help. No help. It is a bot that requires your receipt. I won't ever go to the Freeport restaurant again. We ate at the Delta Shores location tonight, and spoke to a worker who came from that location. It was agreed that Freeport location is poorly run and poorly maintained.
Chipotle feeds the people. I've had hit or miss results as far as quantity/quality here but for $10 bucks it hits the
Bought food cashed a 100 dollar bill received fake money back in change Supervisor i asked for reimbursement for my food transaction took hella long plus they took the food back they don't care about returning
Order from this location through DoorDash and you better believe every single time it’s going to come slapped together with no meat ,busted open and sloppy.. I just won’t order from here
Food is generally good but they are ALWAYS out of ingredients. The staff is super nice but can’t wrap a burrito that doesn’t implode for anything. Won’t be going anymore even though I live within a 3 min walk.
