San Carlo - Leicester

The food at this restaurant is always outstanding, but the entire evening felt rushed due to Valentine's Day. We were seated at 6:30 and by 7:00 we had already ordered and eaten three courses. At one point, my partner's dessert plate was taken away while she still had food in her mouth. While we understand that Valentine's Day is a busy night, customers should not feel rushed.

I'm puzzled by the average reviews of this restaurant because every meal I've had here has been flawless.

I had dinner with 12 friends and while I enjoyed my meal, the overall experience was not the greatest.

The food is delicious, but it's on the expensive side. The portions are quite small, so you might still be hungry depending on what you order. This is the first time I've left an Italian restaurant feeling hungry.

The restaurant's food is top-notch and the service is exceptional. I went on a Monday night, so it was a bit slow at the beginning but quickly picked up. I would definitely suggest trying out this restaurant.
