Restaurant bewertenThe employees were all so wonderful and delightful. They brought out all of our food to our table even apologized for the wait, though it probably wasn't much more then 5 minutes from the time we ordered. When I realized my grilled chicken sandwich was fried, I brought it up to the counter where they politely replaced it with a corrected sandwich and added some free cookies for the inconvenience. From the order taker, to the two different employees and manager that brought out our food, they always had a cheerful attitude in spite of being extremely busy during the noon lunch hour. I imagine they must get some great customer service training or else they are just lucky to have so many great employees working at one location!
The morning crew is fantastic! They brought my Uber Eats pickup order out the backdoor to the speaker. This allowed me to pull out of the line and get going with hot food, rather than wait in a long line behind customers who were still having their food prepared. I appreciate this extra mile so that I may deliver hot food to my customer's. All McDonald's should follow this model since us couriers can no longer go inside the restaurant to retrieve prepared orders (due to covid).

This request is really for all McDonalds around Lee’s Summit. Thank you for bringing back most of your menu and for smiling at all of us during these really stressful times. Our family only comes for breakfast. It’s now been about 7 months of no biscuits and gravy. Our three kids want to submit their humble pleas for biscuits and gravy. Sincerely, a dietitian facing public humility for her kids “needs.”
Normally pretty fast n friendly. On weekends be wary. Even if its right on screen and correct on the receipt ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD
