Restaurant bewertenThe drive through LITERALLY took 45 minutes! This is UNACCEPTABLE for drive through. 45 MINUTES! What is happening at this location? No manager should stay employed here! They ALL need to be fired and the owner need a hit to their bottom line!
Waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to say anything to order. Instead was greeted later with ?you gonna stay there all night or order?? a greeting would have been nice to know to order but instead all I heard on the mic was laughing. Rude servicebesides the one handing out food.
Every time I'm here I'm asked to go for fresh food. there are five more cats waiting this time. every time my food is not right or something is not fresh. Last time the pommes were thrown back to heat them up. there was a mixture of undercooked overcooked frits with little to no salt. the burger was sloppy. this visit I asked for fresh pommes and again I don't get them. I didn't get a prescription so that my complaints will be published here. also I came to a big frit that would hardly fill a medium. this place needs the attention of a district manager. I'm tired of spending money on things I don't understand.
The employee Brendan helped us and made sure we were happy with our visit. 10/10 recommend
We love this location in three years their service has been outstanding. We had an issue with a manager being rude on one occasion. The corporate office vowed to correct the behavior and garner additional training. Brilliant response and wait times are minimal as this location is very efficient.
