Restaurant bewertenWOW! What an amazing place. You can tell a lot of money has been spent on the decor here. Love the bathroom taps (even though they are a bit splashy when washing your hands). Menu is great but lacking a few more meat dishes for us carnivores . Plenty of gluten free options which suited the wife. However one little piece of advice, if advertising dishes as gluten free they are supposed to be cooked separately in they're own oil/pans etc. Loads of vegan options too. Cool looking bar area. Lovely meal, definitely will go back soon.
We have eaten at 'Indian Streetfood ' resteraunts before, and decided to give this a go. We ate at about 6pm on a Friday evening and it wasn 't overly busy, with lots of seating available. We were quickly seated and offered pickles and poppadoms. The menu options were plenty, and we decided on a Sharing platter for two with a side of fries. This consisted of, 1 meat (chicken curry) and 1 veg curry (Aloo Gobi), Jeera Rice, and two naans. The food was lovely, the chicken curry was perfectly spiced not too hot but enough of a kick. The Aloo Gobi (Potatoe and colliflower cooked with onions, tomato and spices) was over seasoned for my liking, and the salt almost overpowering. The Naans were lovely, as we 're the fries. The naans lovely, fluffy and hot and the fries seasoned with a bit of spice. The restaurant started to get nice a full and with the Indian music playing all made for a nice atmosphere. We could not fault the service, very attentive but not in your face. We would really recommend this place and will happily eat there again. Overall the food was really nice, a real shame about the veg curry, otherwise would have been 5 stars.
I came here with my family and was pleasantly surprised to find this new restaurant within White Rose centre. Its tucked outside the main food court but the restaurant has a great look and atmosphere. Food was cooked perfectly in particular the Amritsari fish! Ontop of this cocktails were great and the staff friendly and informative would reccomend it it definitely worth a stop over when in the area.
First time at this place today. The staff were smart, friendly and helpful, the place was clean and authentic looking and the food was the best Indian food I've ever eaten. Certainly recommend this place and it won't be the last time I go there!
Surprised by the quality of the food. Not greasy and felt clean. Had the fish pakora which was epic and chicken curry dish. The portions are small but I forgot it was street food not a traditional curry house so maybe order a couple of dishes as a main rather than one. Note for staff maybe offer or push 2 dishes this may maximise profits and keep the customer full. On the whole a really good experience. I will visit again 100%. NB moctkails are incredible
