Dairy Queen - Leechburg

Every time I go to this Dairy Queen, I say NO MORE. LAST TIME! I love they have a drive-thru option, but the service is SO,SO slow. Cars can be wrapped around the building or just a few in the line and the service is still so slow. Not only that is a problem, but if someone asks something else than usual, the chances are that they don't get it. Example if you prefer chocolate ice over vanilla and order this, 7 times from 10 you will get vanilla. It is always a surprise when you come home to see if you actually get what you have ordered. Another problem I have is the leaks, and they're sitting on the counter waiting for the right customer. If you order a sunset when your car comes to the window, it is a milkshake!!! I'm sorry for the people who work here, because if I'm dissatisfied, I'm sure others are also, and they're probably sometimes verbal. I know every business, especially the food industry, has taken a real hit because of Kovid. Everyone is short, but for heaven's sake, who owns this institution must take a good look at some of these problems. You need either more help or the help needs more direction. Unfortunately we do not have a large selection in the Leechburg area or we would go elsewhere.

Had an okay burger with a lettuce core and onion core which I picked off but it fit the bill. However, my Heath bar Blizzard was perfect!
