Moe's Southwest Grill - Lebanon

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent overall! Although I didn't care for the thin and crispy chips, as they were too brittle for my taste. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend trying The Stack (customized crunchwrap) - it was absolutely delicious!

The amount of food included in my burrito was enough to satisfy a small child. The portions at this restaurant are generous.

I had a great experience with the lady who helped me today, much better than the young kid who assisted me yesterday. The staff were very kid-friendly, allowing my 3-year-old autistic child to run around and be himself, which was nice. There was plenty of parking available and the restaurant was wheelchair accessible.

This place is run so poorly. No drive thru, and no sign saying there’s no drive thru, so you just sit there until you get the picture no one is going to take your order. Going in, the door to the right is exit only but there’s no sign on it saying so. You just walk in and realize you can’t get in line. Sometimes they just don’t have food so clearly management isn’t placing orders the way they should be. I like Moe’s food but this location desperately needs new management. I’ll be happy to change my review if anything changes here.

I think we caught them at a bad time, but they were out of a lor of ingredients and made one order wrong. Food wasn't amazing either. Nice staff though.
