Bonanza - Lebanon

My tomato was half a tomato, lettuce was brown and almost nonexistent

This place has been here for decades. ALWAYS consistently great food and service. I highly recommend Bonanza.

We have been frequent customers of Bonanza in Lebanon for many years. The last two times we have been there, it has been awful. They must have lost all of their good employees because it is no longer a viable place to eat. Two times ago was for breakfast, we were there very early and the supposed fresh food was nasty, reheated, and greasy. I was going to ask for a refund because our party ate very little because it was so gross! My wife wouldn't let me. The last time was Sunday after church. They were busy and had no employees working. We waited to pay for 12 minutes and no employees were even visible in the restaurant. We finally walked out along with two other parties. They have had our business at least two times a month for many years. That has ended. It is very unfortunate because it was one of our favorite places to eat.

As usual the food was all delicious , servers were great

Stopped on vacation when I saw it was Bonanza Steak house grew up going to them, excellent service and staff. The steaks are high quality and I wish we still had them in Arkansas.
