Steak Shop - Laval

Owner Patrick was on location and made our evening very memorable. The food was fantastic and the service was great. The wine list well let me just say, Great. I would recommend this location for all.

I was eaten in this place about 3 times and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the meal. the quality of the service is what leaves me a bitter taste. a 4-service meal that lasts 2h30 is unacceptable! between each entrance there was a waiting for about forty minutes. Last time I had to raise the time and I was told that they are in a rush and the resto was half empty on a Sunday. I asked the waitress that I wanted to see the manager and take the dishes to bring then by chance, the manager arrives with the dishes. it was returned 22:00 and I still took the dessert.Their facebook page was the place I wanted to commented but the resto removed the option.if you have a lot of time in front of you, it is the resto where to go. good food won't make me go back

Went there with my wife since we are foodies and like to discover new places. It has been advertized on social media so much that we wanted to try it. The price there is a little bit too expensive compared to what they have and the quality of the food. Overall it was an ok experience since we had better food elsewhere. Their snail appetizer was good with the cheese on it. We tasted the arancini which was ok. The steak I ordered was done the way I like it. Cannot complain on that. I tasted their beef also, And I think that's their best meat there. Will I come back? Maybe because they have a huge meal for 2 people that we'd like to try.

Food (negative point): I ate the beef tartar. There was a lot of cap and cornichon vinegared in the tartar mixture. I didn't like it. bring your wine (positive point) service (positive point): we were 50 people for a birthday and despite everything, the service was fast. the server was smiling and especially listening.

Soup, okay, for a steak house, ordinary meat. The service was slow, despite the absence of customers, but the polite and nice waitresses. Bring your wine that is not worth it.
