Ja, der Besuch und das Abendessen lohnt sich, A.SA. Pic ist die führende Köchin im Michelin-Ranking, ein Meisterkoch. Nicht von dieser Welt, mit Ausnahme eines Gerichts, das meinen Gästen und mir weniger geschmeckt hat. Der Preis ist hier hoch, aber zu erwarten.

Wird jedes Mal besser und besser! Und wenn Sie glauben, dass es nicht noch besser werden kann, überrascht Sie der Küchenchef mit noch mehr Geschmacksrichtungen und Kreationen! Auch das von Roman geleitete Team ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und super effizient. Vielen Dank für ein weiteres ... besonderes Erlebnis und bis bald!

This was our first gastronomic excursion after the lockdown imposed by the Corona virus. We had scheduled the lunch initially for a birthday in the family, and then a second birthday, so this was a belated celebration of two birthdays. We were seated on the...terrace of the restaurant which was nice although still close to 30°C.... We chose to eat a la carte rather than the expansive menu. Our starters the signature berlingots, crab and cucumber with oscietra caviar were all excellent. Mains the turbot, blue lobster and local chicken were god to very good, not quite at the same level as the starters. The desserts millefeuille de chocolat and a verveine soufflé again were excellent, showing why the pasty section of Anne Sophie Pic's eponymous restaurant in Valence is among the best in the world.... service was impeccable and discrete. We chose a bottle of 2010 Roumier Chambolle Musigny I had spotted that on the wine list before we went, and it was a delight.... The price point is high but that is to be expected.

We had the best meal ever! Absolutely amazing! We dined all around the globe but this is by far the best restaurant and the best chef for my palette. I don’t eat strong misleading flavors like garlic etc. this is the place for the most...delicate taste for sure. The atmosphere is amazing too. The personnel makes you feel you are the most important person for them but at the same time everything is super easy and relaxed , no snobbism at all. Really incredible place. We will be back for sure. Oh I forgot to mention ... we were accompanied by our 9 year old daughter and that was not a problem. The chef made the amazing dishes for her particular taste:
