Domino's Pizza - Lauderdale Lakes

They canceled my online order, so I moved up and found out that they closed early. I put my order at 8:45 a.m. I could understand if it was a holiday, but it's not. they just didn't get out of any obvious ground early.

Janiesha was very helpful and professional letting me know what the deals were. I will be honest I was a little scared coming here when I saw the ratings and phone lines were busy.but these days everything has been mobile and many businesses have been short staffed, so I understand. But the ladies there were very nice and patient. It's very clean. With how busy it was one of the employees named janiesha was still very polite and patient. Pizza was hot, fresh and correct. I will be returning.

Worst experience imaginable. Ordered online and for over half an hour , it still said the order was being prepared. Drove to the store. Nobody inside but a delivery car parked outside. Noone inside. I was fuming. Never again and none picks up the phone either. Take your business somewhere else .

Ordered a pizza on-line to pickup in store and when I went there they couldn't find it that's after 20 minutes after its due time to be finished preparing. Waited another 30 minutes before someone looking on the screen and asking my Name, then I was told that it's being made now! Like really! ?Then waiting another 10 minutes when this East Indian young Lady came and looked and saw it somewhere then I got it cold and she says there is no microwave to warm it. Should have cancelled and take my money back but was hungry so I ate half and threw away the other.

Horrible they do not answer their phone they also do not call you to let you know they are canceling your order even after waiting an hour for it to be delivered. Avoid this dominos they never communicate properly.
