Unity Brewing - LATROBE

The prices may be on the higher side, but the ambiance is unbeatable. They offer a variety of delicious options (personally, I recommend the vanilla bohnen and Bl-orange sour). The environment is truly fantastic, and the staff (special thanks to Jason) are wonderful. I do wish they had more food choices, but what they do offer is amazing!

I only give him a two-star rating because I liked the beer. However, the food hygiene that was completely visible by the males was not present. milk products such as heavy cream and cheese were left outside the cold at room temperature. raw garnels were treated with cooked garnels. gloves were not worn by the employees. in fact, the staff was more interested in drinking their own beer than cleaning the kitchen. the flat top grill (translated as silver) is blacker than the entry. but to complete everything, the chef cook his hands through the hair, then immediately cook a patron meal was only enough to leave the situation. serious help must be applied here. where is the owner? what standards do they think they are for their employees? where is their serve safe certification?

There's alot of cross contamination when preparing food. All of the ingredients that are supposed to be refrigerated were sitting right out in front of us on the bar. The oven and flat top grill looks like it hasn't been cleaned since last year when we were there. The cooks don't even wash their hands or use gloves when prepping food. This establishment has really gone down hill.

Excellent eating. every time I come, new batches are going. very clean and great staff. eating is great and unity is part of the laurel highlands pour tour. many interior and exterior seats.

Good beer. They had garnel and groomed and were delicious. everyone seemed happy. sitting area to sit outside.
