The Oyster Palace Station - Las Vegas

Waited 1hr at 11:30am on Friday. Wait is always long for this place. It’s my third time here and I always have to wait. Seated at a small bar and the smells were amazing. Best clam chowder I have had to date, got the bullion roast which comes with a little bit of everything, small neck clams and gulf oysters. Skip the gulf oysters.

Surprisingly good breakfast here. One of the better breakfast burritos.

Pan roast level 5 was perfection! Oysters were fresh and yummy. I tried the oyster shooter which wont be for everyone but I enjoyed it. This was more fair priced than a lot of my other meals in Vegas. There was a small crew working here that was very attentive and efficient. I waited 45 minutes for myself but was worth it.

It was a shame that I could only go once while I was in Las Vegas. I went at 5:30 in the evening, but the line was too long, so I gave up and went the next day during the day and ate without waiting. The pan roast combo is really delicious. It's at level 7 spiciness, so it's moderately spicy and really delicious.
