The Modern Vegan - Las Vegas

My husband sent me to TMV alone as a Mother's Day gift. I ordered the BBQ brisket Mac n cheese, pink lemonade and the Oh My God dessert (fudge brownie with ice cream). The Mac n cheese was great, flavored very well, and an excellent portion size. I had to take some of it home. The dessert was over priced for the amount. The brownie was less than half the size of my palm. It was worth maybe $10 versus $15. It wasn't very busy that day, but it took about 15 minutes for my waiter to initially greet me and get my drink order. I'll attribute it to the fact that it was Mother's Day and maybe they were short staffed. I'll give them another try on a non- holiday/ holiday weekend and compare the difference. My waiter was friendly and helpful. It was overall a good experience.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan.Kid-friendliness: They accommodate children.

Best vegan food I have EVER had!!! I'm from California and I've had quite a variety of vegan food, but nothing this good. I literally had to doublecheck with the waitress that it was really plant-based! The food was delicious and the staff was great. Couldn't have asked for anything better

Stopped here because we wanted tasty vegan food. The service was great and so was the food. It was pretty greasy but that's what made it delish! We got the Lobster Melt. Super good but the middle piece of the bread doesn't need to be there. We also got the breakfast burrito. Super interesting to have lettuce and tomato in a breakfast burrito but it was nice to have some fresh veggies in there. All in all, we would come again

This place is great for the occasional, one-time celebrations.The reuben and philly cheesesteak taste like their non-vegan counterparts, but the $20+ prices and server hustles leave more to be wanted.

I'm obsessed with this place. To have such an extensive menu makes my vegetarian heart happy. Everything being vegan, no cross contamination, no worries, just amazing food. The atmosphere is great, I love all the pretty decorations. The food is incredible. I've been there 3 times, getting something different each time and each of them was amazing! Make sure you get the bbq cauliflower wings!! Best appetizer ever!
