China Tang Mgm Grand Las Vegas

Oh my the Beijing duck is amazing. This is the second time we have had it at China Tang (FYI, you need to reserve it ahead of time). The quality of the table side service and the food was outstanding. The chef was an impressive machine as he carved the duck and Drew was fantastic guiding us thru the dinner and is very pleasant, professional person an asset to the restaurant. We'll be back!

Food was very good. Prices steep. $12 for tea- really??

Beautiful New-age Asian restaurant on the strip. They blend innovation and tradition very well. The drink selections are fantastic. The classic dim sum dishes are done well. Our group loved the crispy langostine. The smoked jasmine rib and the sea bass were done very well. The yuzu dessert and chocolate dumplings were fantastic as well. Service was good too

Nice atmosphere, attentive waitstaff. Very loud music even in the restaurant so those who are sensitive may not enjoy. My crispy duck salad was worth the hype. The mapo tofu was good, with a hint of Sichuan, but not the best I've had. By far my favorite items were the Three Treasures cocktail (I admit I had two) and the Sweet Caviar dessert. Lovely place for a date night or business dinner.

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch. They have excellent teamwork and pay just the right amount of attention to their customers. The food we ordered was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. I would definitely give this restaurant 5 stars.
