We love Morimoto and try to squeeze in dinner there when in town. The food is always delicious and staff friendly, and helpful. Food is like art and presented beautifully.

We ordered hamachi tacos and toro tartare as appetizers (both were amazing), the pork chop (a little dry but the flavors were awesome the kimchi saved it), the chilean sea bass (amazing), and the seasonal vegetables. We also ordered the cheesecake souffle and chocolate dessert and were served a coconut ice cream for our anniversary. We dined at the Waikiki Morimoto more than 14 years ago and were very happy they still had the toro tartare at the Vegas Morimoto. Overall a fabulous meal!

Every recommendation our server made was what we ordered. Did not disappoint. The only thing that I would not order again is the sticky ribs. Not exactly anniversary date night, friendly, and not the greatest. They were a little on the dry side. This was not something that she recommended though it was something I had seen on yelp over and over so I thought I’d give it a try.

William the bartender was great. Top level service and a great guy. Will recommend to everyone
