Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Las Vegas

We eat here often and never had an issue. Open on thanksgiving day ordered an Italian and it was as usual amazing. Staff greeted us with a friendly welcome. We have preordered in the past and had issues but never an issue when we go down and order. This location can get busy.

I intended to share a picture of the incredible Bobbie and the unbelievably tasty Capistrami, but I got too caught up in enjoying them!

I want to give a shout-out to an employee named Cody at this Capriotti's. He truly excels in customer service and handled a communication mix-up like a true professional. Thank you again, Cody!

I really enjoy this restaurant. We frequently order from here, and the food is always excellent. Today, there was a computer issue with management, but I believe that patience and understanding are essential in situations like this.
