Take allergies more seriously and treating customers better would be a great start.
I was very disappointed. So much so that I called the store manager. When I asked he said his name was Q. I explained my food meal was burnt he told me to come back with my receipt and mention his name. He also offer to change it tonight. I said I was not returning. I will say this to managers you need to step up your store policies. Your return policy when dealing with food is not attractive. It angers customers and even more so when they call you from home and you asked if you would like to come back. Most of us who purchase food to go to not live across the street. We sometimes are just in the area and purchase food on the way home. I would not recommend coming back we're doing this again it has happened one too many times.
My experiences with El Pollo Loco on the East Side is worse then any places I have been. Service with an attitude. One of them over charged me for an 8 PC. Meal almost $40. Not to mention running out of chicken prior to taking my order but tells me afterwards. This one was the last straw. I got home after a very long day. Ordered my food got hone to see it all burnt.. Jesus left the room.I'm only going to say this once strike 3 your out. Don't order chicken from the east side. West side is much better.I want you guys to know you need to get an education. Whoever is in charge needs to let it go.In my books 1 star took many!
Food was OK. The dining area was trash. Very dirty.Counter went 100% KIOSK. Staff no help.
