Automated ordering is a pain if using coupons. Employees ignore you due to the computer ordering.

I don't like that I have to use the kiosk I can't talk to someone personally to place an order

Very bad service, terrible customer service. awful ,. To top it all off, the cold chicken is all bad.

I'm not sure what this was in the chicken tacos I ordered.. I made my husband and I sick. It wasn't the usual taco meat in the fried chicken tacos.. It was shredded mush. And because it was all mush it burned when they Friedon the sides.. I've usually get chunks of chicken in my chicken tacos with cheese this was bizarre.. Will not be going back there. It was gross disgusting and made us ill I'm glad. I didn't eat all of them I ordered ten tacos they were all bad.

Now that it's automated service has gone down hill.
