Caliche's Frozen Custard - Las Cruces

Wife and I travel from Albuquerque to Las Cruces every two weeks on business. Don't think have missed a visit to Caliches in two years. Love the Very Berry!

A southern New Mexico institution, with 1 in Alamogordo and 3 (I think) in Las Cruces. Old school diner look with neon lighting. Extremely delicious desserts and toppings...but very very rich. You will need to run a marathon to break even on calories.

Yummmmmm! What is NOT to love? Great food and service! Peja rocked!! Green Chile custard sundae is amazing!!!

This place is awesome! The dogs were amazing (the Pucker Me and the Windy City). The custard is amazing. My whole family enjoyed the food and custard. They want me to plan our road trip back home around us visiting this place again...I just might; it's thatgood

Enjoy Caliches on a nice hot day or anytime! They have delicious hot dogs and drinks, frozen custard, flavored teas and lemonades, smoothies, floats, and desert ice (dairy free). Numerous toppings and addings to choose from. The staff is alwaysfriendly too. A bit pricey, but worth it.
